Stress Management

People can feel stress for many reasons, and it can arise because of internal factors or external ones. Internal stress comes from within. A person can create stress through their attitudes, thoughts, feelings of anger, fear or worry, expectations they place on themselves and on others, memories, or traumatic past experiences. External stress comes from outside, and can include, for example, one’s job environment, injuries, relationships, and school demands. I can help you to understand more about your specific sources of stress and find ways to get through them.
